Dear potential exhibitor,

We would hereby like to invite you and your company to participate in our beautiful fair to make it successful together.

This year, the fair will take place for the first time in the Lebuinuskerk in Deventer. Deventer is the book city par excellence, is conveniently located near the A1 motorway, offers free parking a stone’s throw from the Lebuinuskerk and is easily accessible by public transport.

The dimensions of a table are 1 by 4 metres. Tables can be rented per 2 metres with a minimum of 2 metres. The cost are €50 (excluding VAT) per 2 metres. A connection point for electricity costs €3.30 (excluding VAT).

There is also the possibility of renting connecting meters if you want to give a workshop next to your stand. Workshop tables can also be rented on the workshop plaza in the middle of the church. It is not allowed to sell items at het workshop plaza.

To keep our visitors optimally informed in advance, we put information about the exhibitors on our website and social media. You can indicate on the participation form which information you would like to be listed. You can also include any digital images such as a logo or photo.

We also offer you the opportunity to advertise at a 20% discount in issues 3 and 4 of our magazine. These are the September and December 2025 issues; you must place an advertisement in both issues to qualify for the discount.

In September, you will receive further information on practical matters and a final map of the church with your assigned place.

You will receive the invoice for participation at the end of the month you registered.
